Please don't say, "that it is true," or that "it explains everything," things like that.

That society can evolve, and that because of it, people are getting dumber. Nature can not evolve into anything that is not already contained in the DNA. Micro-evolution can exist but Macro-evolution can not.

Any natural mutations known have been harmful and are not evident in a future generation with the exception of a few that kill people such as sickle cell anemia. People with sickle cell anemia are immune to malaria, but it also kills over half of the people that get it. Not much good for Darwinism.

In addition to this their are over 6,000,000 documented species of insects in the world. If evolution was true, We would be able to see over 20 new species evolve a year. So far people have not reported evolution of any bugs in labs.

Another thing that goes against evolution is fossil records. If evolution was true, every fossil would be what is defined now as a missing link. Nearly all fossils reflect a specific species that is known to exist. Their are only a few fossils that are between species, and none of them were complete. Most are made up of various bones that were within a few miles of eachother. How can you know that they are all from the same creature.

People believe what they have been told. They are told that evolution is an absolute truth. If it is it is the only thingin science that is. People try to prove all other theories wrong but they are afraid to confront evolution because if they do, society will call them a religious fanatic.

Science can not explain how we came into existance.

This excerpt from wikipedia is exactly what I believe to be true about evolution....

The basic mechanisms that produce evolutionary change are natural selection (which includes ecological and sexual selection) and genetic drift acting on the genetic variation created by mutation, genetic recombination and gene flow. Natural selection is the process by which individual organisms with favorable traits are more likely to survive and reproduce. If those traits are heritable, they pass them to their offspring, with the result that beneficial heritable traits become more common in the next generation.[1][2][3] Given enough time, this passive process can result in varied adaptations to changing environmental conditions.[4]

By the way Gwen, stuff that in your pipe and smoke it, because it is from an online source that unlike textbooks is updated all of the time!! HA! and by the way if you doubt evolution just look at the domestic dog we have ALL the proof we need to say with absolut certainty.. "dogs evolved from wolves and other wild canids as a result of living in the human environment" Also go learn about the Galapagos islands and the resident Marine Iguanas and Vampire finches.

PS you dont need the fossil record to prove evolution just look around you at the living world, the fossil record can at best only be compared to a series of snapshots taken randomly during an entire lifetime, informative and interesting to be sure but you never get the whole picture. To understand why the fossil record does not contain ALL the bones of every creature of each species, you need to learn more about how the process of fossilization occurs, when you do you will see that the odds of finding a "missing link" for every species are very low, that is why we have only found so few. In fact many creatures we know existed in the past have only one fossilized skeleton that we have found, that doesnt cast doubt on its existence. So in reality you cant use the fossil record to debunk evolution because it is not a complete record of all the bones of every creature that ever died, just the few who died in the right place at the right time.

Fossils exist and are old. That is the only proven true thing about evolution. Everything else is Theory. Actually, a lot of what is in textbooks have been proven to be false but it is expensive to reprint textbooks so they aren't corrected very often. So, pretty much nothing is true about evolution.

If you open your eyes (and your mind), it is totally obvious if you look at the world around you, that evolution is occurring and has occurred. There is no other conclusion using even half a brain that you can come to. I have never figured out why it is such a stretch for the religious idoits to wonder that maybe God created evolution and that it is part of his plan. You have to laugh at the arrogant bible thumping dufus' who think they knows God's will and plan, because they read the bible once. HA! GOD gave you a brain to wonder, ponder, and to actually think, not to be a blind idiot.

Women prefer men with lots of $$$ for long term relationships. Evolution says this is becuase ancient women chose men with lots of resources so that their children would be supported.

This explains hoochies like Anna Nicole Smith.

You just don't see 23 year old men marrying 80 year old women...but 23 year old women will go for a wrinkly old dude if he's got $$$. That's evolution for ya. Don't tell me God created that.
