If oil prices are efficient (which means oil prices reflect all information, including public and private) then are they strong, semi-strong or weak form efficient ? and why so ?

Thanks Mademan. But as we all saw oil market reacted instantly in recent mid-east crisis. Same thing happened at the time of Hurrican Katrina...Obviously mathematically or theoretically its not possible for a market ot be completely efficient but compared with other stocks dont you think oil market reacts way more sharply to a news and hence can be termed as strong ? by the way, do you know of any recent financial articles analysing change in oil prices in contect of recent mideast conflict ?
