After I downloaded Windows live messenger I tried to open it. I got this message that said I didn't have winhttp.dll. What should I do about this? also, When I put my laptop on standby, it was fine. When I opened it, the screen kept changing colors. sometimes it's fine, sometimes it looks like it has a light blue screen in front of the actual screen, and sometimes it is a combination of the two with red dots. no one touched the screen or the computer while I was gone, and it has never done this before. HELP!

I tried to download messenger again, and it failed everytime. I also tried to download WINHTTP.dll a couple times, but it still failed.

try to re-download the file again.
as for the laptop, it may be running to hot.

i think u need to reinstalll the operating system...it will be a quick fix instead of searching for the problem ......make sure you update your windows to avoid this type of errors.....
