My sister came across a fellow while she was in college. He had an eye tattooed on the tip of his circumsized penis. Freaked her right out and put a quick end to any sexcapades with him. I wouldn't get a tattoo in such a sensitive area myself. Could easily get infected, never mind how much it would hurt getting the tattoo.

There was this one guy who had his girlfriend Wendy's name tattooed on his shaft. Unfortunately, when not erect you could only make out the letters W and Y.
While on vacation he happened to be in a public restroom and glanced down to the guy next to him and noticed that he had a W and a Y tattooed on his shaft.
So he asked the stranger "So, your girlfriend's name is Wendy too eh?"
"Huh?!" the stranger asked.
"See, my girlfriend's name is Wendy and I had her name tattooed on my shaft. Unfortunately, when not erect all that can be seen is W and Y. I happened to notice that you have a W and Y on your shaft. So, did you get Wendy tattooed on your shaft too?"
The stranger replied "Nope, mine says 'Welcome to Jamaica, Have a nice day."

i wouldn't find it attractive. but at a party, a guy once said to me, "I bet your 5 bucks that your name is tattooed on my d***."
well i took the bet and lost. he whipped it out and on his thing was tattooed the words "your name". true story.
