Honestly, "Lucky punk!"
Although, I'm 21 and I was a spoiled brat {I drove something like your bemmer when I was your age} but I got cut-off when I was 18. So I know how you feel.
Who cares what other people think? It's not your fault you were lucky enough to get to drive that kind of car. You know it's yours and who cares if you really worked for it? and you know what? Those opinionated people ARE/HAVE & WILL NOT pay for your stuff... nor feed ya, ya know? So who cares what they think?
P.S. Just make sure to keep your parents happy. ;P

To have a car at age17 mst likely is not his or hers. Unless they work after school. But I see alot of young people driving some very nice cars..and trucks. There parents work and they drive them to school.. I think it ok if they are paying for the gas .and the use of them. Helping around the house etc. It is a privilage to drive a auto no matter what kind it is. I don't pick my friends on what there driving, just them selves. Good luck on what ever you drive. Pem

I am 44 I don't really care what anybody else drives. I drive a 1998 ford escort ZX2, A 1988 ford ranger pickup and my favorite ride a 2006 Harley davidson streetbob. I never take notice what other people drive no matter how old they are! When I do take notice I am looking at the vehicle and not the driver.

I think kids are spoiled that have nice things like that because mommy and daddy probably bought it for them. That does not teach them to have respect for their things because they did not have to work for it!!
