120 is a good weight really unless you are really very tall. if you must, please gain muscle weight, not fat. work out with some hand weights and eat well balanced but more often, with good amount of lean protein. muscle weighs more than fat and is much better for your health. get strong, not heavier! and be happy with your body no matter what!

I have the same problem as you. You just have a really quick metabolism. The simplest way to gain weight if you can't do it by eating is to gain muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, and the exercise is also really good for you!

First of all, don't jump! Jumping burns alot of calories. Drink lots of milkshakes. There are some weight gain protien powders that you can add to shakes. Don't be so active. Sit around drink several liters of soft drinks a day and large quanitities of poytato chips.

Hmmm...it kinda depends on how you're built. If you're naturally thin, then there's only so much you can do before your metabolism takes over and gets you back down to 120 again.
But either way, if you want to put on some weight, I'd suggest a high-protein diet (lots of meat, nuts, fish, etc.) and a lot of weightlifting. It'll put on healthy muscle instead of fat.

Eat foods high in protein and high in calories. Instead of eating 3 meals a day eat 2 high protein snacks in between your meals. Look up calorie dense diets on the web. It may help answer your question in better detail. I had the same weight issue while pregnant with my children.

Drink milkshakes or Nutrament
Try to add a snack in between meals

Depends on your height and genetics. I had a tall friend and she could eat anything she wanted without gaining weight. I suggest eat as much as you can and chill out with the active part.

If you eat well and are active, then I'd suggest eating even more healthy foods, and exercising more often.
You'll gain more muscle weight, instead of flab.

The only thing that you can do to healthily gain weight is to build muscle. So you could bench-press, push-ups, sit-ups, and curls. Muscle is heavier than fat, plus i'd rather gain muscle than fat any day.

More protien. Keep active, and you will develop more muscle. Don't eat junk food, it'll hurt you in other ways besides just fat.
