If you are a Police Officer, do you enjoy your job? Is it really all that dangerous? And what kind of benefits do you get from being a Police Officer? I know you get great benefits, I just dont know what kind of benefits they are.

LOL My dad has been retired now for 16 yrs after 33 yrs of service.
You get the normal benefits, Health Care, Sick pay, Vacation time etc.
All depends on where you live. If you go to school you will be well trained to handle most all situations you come across.
My dad had various jobs. Patrol, Sergeant, Desk Sgt, Dispatch, Traffic etc.
