Ok, what you need to do is buy the APC magizine, which has a dvd included. On this dvd is the Turbocad Designer Version 11, which is free apon registration, have fun

The major competitor of AutoCAD is MicroStation. There are other programs but those 2 are considered at the top and are the most similar.
