Do you mean can he really levitate? No. Absolutely not. But they are pretty decent illusions. Chris uses a gimmick that he invented, and that you can learn how to make and use.

I am a bit skeptical simply because the camera angles are always shifting around and somehow the camera seems to be conveniently pointing at the crowd when he does something spectacular.
