I've noticed that in the women's restroom after someone is done. Everyone has an odor, and not everyone's is pleasant. Many times a fishy or malodorous smell can be from a bacteria or one's normal body secretions.

What do you mean stink? If it is a fecal smell then it stinks for the same reasons men stink. But if it is a fishy odor, the woman has trich or some other VD. Just remember the normal vagina does not smell badly.

Many foods can cause urine to smell bad, both men and women. If that isn't the cause then maybe it's time for someone to see their gyno.
And from experience cleaning restrooms I have to say the guy's RR smells worse.

If she doesn't have an infection it could be concentration of urine thats held for a long time. If not she should try washing it a little more often an use some feminine hygiene spray,
