I think you meant prickly heat? Like heat rash? Sweat is not your Friend! Take showers and stay dry. Use baby powder!

It's prickly heat, not pickle heat, and the definition is: A noncontagious cutaneous eruption of red pimples with intense itching and tingling caused by inflammation around the sweat ducts.

Do you mean prickly heat, dear???? If so it's a rash caused by being overheated....You can soothe it with a bath in epsom salts and water, or aveeno bath works fine also.......Take care
