How much does it cost?

It will run you between £30 - £50. Consider this as an alternative: the Heathrow Connect train runs between Heathrow and Paddington Station with 5 stops and costs, I think, £6.50. MUCH nicer than the unbearably long tube ride, and it's equipped to take luggage, and it's much cheaper than a cab!

Tube single person £9 , Tube 5 person £45
Heathrow Express single £15, 5 people £60
www.bloomsburycars.co.uk single person from waterloo to heathrow £32 and 5 people £50
Now how convienent is it to drag luggage and go up and down tube stations??How quick it is from waterloo to go paddington and catch heathrow express?and how long does it take to call a taxi in london www.bloomsburycars.com.
All option on the table.

According to distance between Waterloo and Heathrow and the taxi rates applicable, it should be something between 50 and 56 pounds. The journey should take about 35 minutes.

By tube, the journey take about 65 minutes if you take Jubilee line to Green Park station then change to Picadilly line to Heathrow. The cost is 4 pounds.

Another option that can get you 10 minutes sooner than regular tube (ie about 55 minutes) is to take the tube Bakeloo line to Paddington station, and change there to the Heathrow Express rail service. This should cost you around 17.5 pounds (3 pounds for tube and 14.5 for train).

Take the train from Waterloo to Feltham, trains run every 6-13 minutes, journey time 26 - 46 minutes (depending on the route), single fare £6.60 cash, £5.70 with Oyster. Then take the 285 bus every 10 minutes (N285 every 30 minutes at night) to the airport, takes around 30 minutes, fare under £5,

Definetly take the tube. It has service to all the terminals in Heathrow and you only have to change trains once. Head north on the northern line, then change to the picadilly line at leicester square, heading west. Take it all the way to heathrow, it's the Picadilly line's west terminal.

Also I'm not sure if this still runs but you can get a train from waterloo to Feltham - and there is/was a shuttlebus to take you into the airport (aprox 1-2 miles)
