Exfoliate and Hydrate, use a facial lotion on your arms. The bumps are a bunch of little infected hairs. Also I found that using St. Ives clear pore clenser really helped. I have the same bumps on my arms and on my cheeks. Exfoliate with a pumace stone and a soft soap, or face wash. You can find the St. Ives stuff at wal-mart (for sure at wal-mart and probably other places.) I hope this helps.

Your body may be deficient in essential oils. One sign of that is bumps on the backs of the arms. Try taking some fish oil or flaxseed oil. That should help. the fish oil will probobly work faster, but be sure to take some vitamin E along with it. Give it at least a week to see a difference.

My foster daughter's dermatologist told us the same thing as Strange Questions's answer. Wash with an acne medicated cleanser and use a mild exfoliant. Neutrogena has a really good product for "body acne" that has been working. That's not quite the condition you or my fd has, but the treatment is essentially the same.

Oil of Olay moisturizer and Dial soap... Seriously it sounds too simple, but it also works for face acne. If those are the only products you use on your arms, the bumps will genuinely go away.

Use a scrub - I think cheap or expensive would work fine for that area. Rub in circles with moderate pressure- do not try to kill them, only scrub them. You could try sugar tonight if you wanted to start right away. I think tho that you need a decent grain- like ProActiv has such a fine grain to it that it wouldn't probably work. Also consider scrubs with jagged or round grains- something to think about. Use you bare hands; it's more thorough than those puff things. Do it regularly but not harshly.

It's actually called keritosis polaris-excess dead skin cells. The best thing is to exfoliate either with some sort of buffing cloth or moisturizer with lactic acid in it. Doing both would really work well.

I have them too,& I have dry skin. Try using a cream that is specially formulated for dry skin & that should do the trick.Suntan lotin also works as well.

I have those too! But I don't know how to get rid of them. Maybe try going to your dermatologist and see what he says.
