I'm the healthiest eater on the planet, I get PLENTY of sleep, I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs, I'm only 20, but I always have really dark circles (never puffy) under my eyes. It's been that way for years! Any ideas?

You have a couple of options. If they make you feel so insecure that you need to get rid of them immediately and completely, talk to a plastic surgeon. They might reccomend skin grafting, a procedure where skin is taken from another part of your body and put under your eyes.

If you don't want surgery, try Hylexin. It is the best eye cream on the market for dark circles.

From a nutritionists stand point dark circles under the eyes are generally caused by lack of iron. You might try a supplement or eat more egg yolks & dried beans, beef liver or more red meat in your diet!

Try putting some sliced cucumber on your eyes before you go to sleep. It will help reduce the dark spots on your eyes little by little.

If you use birth control with estrogen in it (most pils) you probably should discontinue it. Laser (expensive and difficult) versus elocon cream (or another product with hydroquinone and vitamin C to lighten should work. Use it gradually and carefully.
