How long is Rey going to hold the Heavyweight Title "for Eddie" ?

so i take it i'm not the only one who is sick and tired of Rey's title reign being all about Eddie...i really loved and respected Eddie and i understand that he and Rey were extremely close...however Rey constantly emerging victorious because he dedicates all his matches to Eddie has gotten pretty old pretty fast...let Eddie rest in peace, he deserves that much!

I think the original plan was to have Booker T beat Rey for the title at The Great American Bash and then Batista would fight Booker at Summerslam, but now Mark Henry has been injured and likely to be out for 4 - 6 months that could change everything

Summerslam. Batista is going to win a number one contenders spot and the two friends are going to main event the second biggest PPV of the year. My guess is that Rey will FINALLY loose the title here. The reason why I think he is going to loose the title at SS is because the WWE had planned on Batista being the champ for quite some time until he got hurt. I think they will give him the title back and he will pick up where he left off.

I think he'll keep it until Summerslam. It could be sooner though. Mark Henry was injured tonight, so that takes care of his rivalry with Batista. Henry won't be back for 4-6 months. Now Batista will set his sights on the championship.

As long as he has it it will be for Eddy. I don't see him beating Batista though, so his title reign will end soon.
