What is the best way to go about getting my things back from a friend?
We're no longer speaking and she has alot of my things, including CD's DVDs and clothes..
Whats the best way to go about getting these back? I've asked her already, and I know she's going to have a girl there who will want to fight me, and I dont want to fight. I just want my stuff back.
What do I do?

Now that you are not talking to each other the best way to go about is, to send him or her a nice text message tell them if possible you would like to have you thing back because you need them and since you two are no longer friends there is no point in keeping your things in his/her house.

I don't know how old you are but you should take your parents over with you so that nothing bad will happen. If that's not an option then you could see if a police officer could escort you over to the house. Tell the officer that there is someone there that has threatened to assault you and you just want to get your stuff back. If all else fails then you could take her to small claims court for your stuff. Good luck!!

You may need to call police and ask for an escort. Tell them you want your stuff and that this friend has threatened to beat you up if you try to get your stuff.

Make a call...ask if you can get your stuff back and meet by yoursleves in a neutral place to make the exchange..try to remain mature and non-judgemental...tell her you just need to move on and want to put this behind you...

ask for the stuff...then take a friend that can kick her ***....or let her know if there is going to a fight that you will press charges
