some people believe to have seen it... however he cant fly... cuz he seems to stay only in puerto rico or the dominican republic NOT Mexico , mexicans actually make fun of the chupacabras... Its hard not to!... 1 of them latin speaking places . However he hasent atacked in a while but people there still believe he is there he walks on his 2 legs and has red eyes kinda skiny looking like nichole ricci
