On a viagra package it says to call a doctor if it lasts more than 4 hours. I don't know why I'd call a doctor, I'd rather call my fiancee.
The actual duration depends on how stimulated you are. If an ugly girl shows up, it'll go away, just as it normally does after ejaculation.
