Why are all sales jobs commission only?

I've always been one of the top sales people where ever I've worked, what ever the product.

I am motivated by doing the job right and being the best. I'll do that on every call or client or account. it don't matter if its performance pay.

I've always gotten a kick out of jobs that advertise "Unlimited Earning Potential!" most people in the business that I know looking for work will always laugh at those jobs, and DELETE them.

I've had my resume out there for about two months, and willing to relocate almost anywhere. So far about 30 insurance companies, 6 advertising companies and more fly-by-night others than I remember. NONE of these companies offered a base salary!

I don't want to make $475,000.00 per year from my 9-5 job, I'm a realistic guy. just be honest with me. I have investments that will make me rich some day, I just want cash flow and security. In turn I will bring them great results.

WHERE ARE THE GOOD SALES JOBS ???

If you are comfortable with your self which if you are a top earner, then start promoting yourself and putting all of the money in your pocket for your sales. check out my "opportunity" blog on my 360 page, seriously. There are thousands of Real Estate and Insurance Agents that have been able to retire by coming on board.

Good luck

Andrew, this fit into your character and profile nicely:

Go for the internet business, which requires less of your time and the one that will not make you feel headache with web designing, or which require IT knowledge. Second, choose the internet based company which offer you the opportunity and at the same time giving you the convenience to start the business. Third, choose the business, which does not require big money to start it.

All the above is only available from: http://www.website.ws/cybalgua
Honestly, I tried so many opportunities offered through the internet and this is the only one that really works.

There are plenty of sales jobs that have a base salary.
Most if not all of them would have a sales quota.
You can usually negotiate a base salary in your interview process.
If the job you apply for only offers commission then this is a place that only wants sharks that can make it on their own.

If you're a top producer, why are you worried about it? Just smile and cash those huge commission checks. Salary is for newbies who are afraid of failure. That isn't you, is it?
