Hello,
i am 19 years old, i have three years of college education ahead of me in september, since i am on 2 mnths vacation from school i am doing a full time job 5 days a week early morning.
my dad has a full time job but is not paying him very well, my mothers job is on call basis, so if they call her, only then she can go. we have our own house & car and we are paying heavy mortgage. we make just enough to feed ourselves. my dad was on a executive level in our country (india) with nestle. and could not find a job of his field here and is very frustrated, it has been 5 years since we came to canada. i want to help my parents a lot but i also have to complete my education. if their is any suggestion anybody can give me. i was thinking of opening any kind of buisness ( i have excellent qualities to be in buisness). but then it is the risk of the buisness not working well and then it will be hard again on us. all i want if good life for my parents and I. please any kind of suggestions.

It's hard watching people you love struggle. Opening a business is a full time, 7 day a week job. Keep working hard and finish school. Things will get better. You seem nice, knd and loving. I'm sure your parents are proud of you.

You love your parents very much but they will be heartbroken
if you dont finish your education. Think of the future and what
you can do with them in a few years after you get your degree.
Im sure your father told you plenty times that time moves very
quickly and you must take advantage of your opportunities.
The way the world is changing only those with the best educations will have good earning potential. Meantime work
part time to pay for your education and dont fail any courses.
Good luck.

I think your parents should sell the house and find something more affordable until your father finds a job in his field. Your job should be finishing school. You don't have that much to go and when you finish you can help your family out more with a college education and a good job.

if possible refinance and that may spare up some money for your folks. you keep focused on one thing at a time. can't do everything at once. you are helping your parents by going to school and making a better life for you. you can either drop out or leave school temporarily and enter the work force full time or find another full time job that pays better. starting your own business will only dig you deeper in the hole and make things probably worse.

Take a look at my "Honest Opportunity" blog on my 360 page for some information on what to look at when you are thinking about doing business. You are right in wanting to make a change as you can only work so many hours for someone else and make so much money...

Good luck and the information in my Blog Applies to Canada as well...
