i would love for someone to list what it is kerry 'flip=flopped' on. that is a stupid right=wing advertising cannard.

kerry voted for a bill in one form - as is typical, the bill was changed and he voted against it in its new form.

bush has 'flip-flopped' on his C02 promise and he has repeatedly lied about why we are in iraq.

just because someone is your president, doesn't mean he should be supported. what if he is a lying, mass murdering, thieving gangster who allows torture and illegal detention of innocent people and is stripping the citizens of their rights? you know, like the current one.

no good american supports a politician just because he's in power. that's what good soviet citizens were supposed to do, comrade.

the worst problem for kerry was that he wasn't willing to admit he was wrong to vote for bush's criminal war. he does now, but too little, too late. he lacked the courage he so wonderfully displayed when he told the truth about our govt's crimes in vietnam.

I'm not sure I can sum this up in a short space.

Say whatever you want to say about Bush, but when the man makes a decision, he sticks with it, regardless of the b.s. he has to hear about it. I may not like the decisions he makes, but I admire his resolve.

John Kerry was not capable of making a decision. He has never had an opinion...he just changes his stance on a given topic to suit the perceived opinion of the people in the room. He voted FOR the war before he voted against it. Does that mean you're FOR the war, or against it? Hard to tell with Kerry. Kerry may not have invented the term "flip-flop", but he certainly perfected it.

I would rather have a man (person) of conviction and resolve running the country, than a man who looks at the latest poll results before deciding what color underwear to put on each day.

I hope the Dems give us a better choice in 2008. The Reps too, for that matter.

After reading Laurie B's answer, I provide this link, so you can see all or most of Kerry's flip-flops

There was nothing wrong with John Kerry - he would have made a GREAT president - unlike the moron who got elected. Bush was elected because he snowballed all the right-wing religious extremists into voting for him after a highly successful smear campaign against Kerry. I hope the Republican faithful and all those God-fearing Christians who voted for that ***hole are enjoying the high gas prices and the needless deaths of Americans in a needless war in Iraq.

Kerry would "flip flop"on issues. Meaning that he would support something then change his mind.
I also tend to vote more Republican because i favor how they stand on many issues much more than how the Democrats stand on the same issues.
I can't say that I completely approve of what President Bush is doing, but he is our president and I do support him.

John Kerry flips and flops his opinions based on whatever new poll comes out. He has no real vision whatsoever, other than what will get him elected. He sold out his fellow soliders in Vietnam by lying about atrocities that he made up. He is a fake, he backstabs our military and he has no backbone.

Kerry had no original ideas. He stood for nothing, A typical BLOATED POLITICAL BLOWHARD, looking to fill his own pockets with OUR money. Kerry gets an allowance from his wife's fortune. No ownership i.e. pre-nup agreement

Kerry doesn't live off his dad? He's worse than that, he lives off his wife, who lives off her late husband's inheritance after he died in a helicopter crash!

Bush was one of the most "beatable" incumbents in history, and Kerry was such a lame wimp that he still managed to lose to him. A clown like that... pathetic.

Kerry's a god compared to a idiot like Bush. At least Kerry has a brain and doesn't live off his dad.

No big fan of W, but at least he kind of stands for something. JK flaunts being locked into any position on anything; he's all things to all people, and therefore nothing -- a caucus of a man.

He supported gays and abortions. Simple reason why we won't have a democratic president for the next few decades.
