You may start to experience symptoms as soon as several days.

My wife is pregnant and this seems to be a good source of information: http://parenting.ivillage.com/pregnancy/calendar

It is *impossible* to have any physical changes less than about 8 days after ovulation--which could be up to 5 days after the sex that led to the conception. This is because it takes at least 6 days for the fertilized egg to reach the uterus and start implanting, then a couple more before it produces enough HCG (the hormone detected by pregnancy tests) to cause physical changes.

Some women *never* have signs (not symptoms--pregnancy isn't a disease!!) of pregnancy other than those that are a direct result of pregnancy--missing a period, gaining weight, etc. But if you *do* have early signs of pregnancy, they are most likely to be breast and/or nipple tenderness and/or nausea. Shortly after the first missed period, you may have frequent urination.

It can be anywhere from the morning after conception, to 4-6 weeks depending on the person and how sensitive your body is. symptoms also vary some people have none, some have sore tender breasts, slight stomach cramps..nausea with or without vomiting. headaches, dizziness. usually the need to pee a lot doesn't come till several weeks in, but you may feel bloated.

Every1 is different, but in most of the cases I have heard, woment\ start to feel symptoms between 4 - 6 weeks of pregnancy.

Now, I started oticing symptoms the day my period was supposed to start which prompted me to take a HPT.
