Ive got skunks under my house ive heard them outside and smelled them in my bathrooms.How do i evict them?

(Tom's answer was cute and funny... I needed that..) To possibly help.. just call your local animal pest control and let them know of your uninvited guest and they will send someone over to get them for you...

You can set a trap for them. When they are caught you will have to throw a blanket, a dark one, or rug over the cage so when you carry it off they won't spray you. My dad had to do this alot when i was little as we lived near woods and the skunks would make a home under out porch.

But, so be careful.
Maybe a pro would be better. Call your local game commision, they may be able to help you.

You can't actually evict them until you get an OK from a relevant court. Go to your town or county clerk's office and explain the situation - they can tell you what you need to do to get an eviction notice drawn up.

In the meantime, you can certainly send a letter telling them of your intention to evict. You can probably find an eviction template on Microsoft Office.

Call a professional. You do not want to handle them and get bit or have saliva get onto you. They are a big carrier of rabies, I just went through series of shots for rabies and let me tell you, it's not alot of fun....Be careful...
