I would say :
Stephanie since you have become my boss, this whole company has fell completely apart. You are lazy. This place is unorganized and a mess. All you do is sit at your desk with your damn shoes off and your bare feet propped up on the desk, and you need to get out. Everyone who works at my job is in cahoots with the president of the company,. BLAH. that's why I'm looking for a job elsewhere.

I am a stay at home mom, and have been for two years, but when I quit I was polite and explained why in case I ever wanted to go back. If I would have won the lottery and quit and knew there was no chance at going back, I would have said that they run the place like a day care center. And most of the supervisors there are total morons!

I love everything about my job except the the pay rate. If our roles were reversed I would definitely express my gratitude by offering you a partnership,which would cement I long and enjoyable working environment
