Cooler with your goodies, sun tan lotion, sun glasses, beach towel, a blanket to lay out, your swim suit, and anything else small you desire.

A can of mace.... seriously, dont forget it... and dont forget to protect yourself from strangers.
Other than that... take your swim suit, beach towell... sun screen, clothes - your normal stuff you'd take to the beach. :)
