Do you wake up feeling worse than you did when you went there? More tired. I take about 2 hours from waking up to actually feeling remotely awake. Even on work days. Does anyone else feel like this? :)

Waking up absolutely sucks. I wish we could all just come to a natural wake and then get ready for work rather than our alarm clocks dictating when we wake up lol

This is concerning...How old are you?..do you feel this way all the time?..Do you have a weight problem..Why I am asking these questions is that you may a a sleep apnea disorder..many people who stop breathing while they are sleeping and are not aware wake up feeling horrible like they never slept..sometimes people will also develop heart problems and wake up with chest pain..I would certainly call your family doctor and get a good exam and tell him how you are feeling..this could be treated and give you good rest and a longer life...

I've always been a terrible insomniac,, whenever I wake up I think,, 'thank god I got some sleep,, thats me for another 3 or 4 days' ,,and times like now, when the rest of the house is asleep and its all quiet I feel most alive,,(holy c**p,, I'm a vampire) think I'll go and wash the car ,
(btw its 3.51am here, glasgow)

Yes. I never wake up feeling like I slept. I don't know what is wrong. I get plenty of sleep. Eat well too. And my face is always puffy for like 2 hours after i wake up.

Yes and people tell me it's from a lack of R.E.M. sleep. You may not be sleeping as restfully as you think. I actually grind my teeth which breaks up my sleep patterns, but since I got a mouthguard I do much better. Stress can also affect sleep patterns. You may just need a medical soution or sleeping pill like Ambien.....

sounds like you may have fibromyalgia, do you have muscle problems, cant sleep, depressed, tired allllllllll the time, can't think straight, if this sound like you then you'd better go see a doctor, because that's also the synonyms for cancer, ms, all grades of things.
