Actually, we get as hot as everyone else (unless we're from a hotter country). The melanin in our skin (which is what makes us black in the first place) and the darker color of our eyes makes us less vulnerable to to sun-burning and harmful UV rays than whites who have less melanin and lighter eyes. Our ancestors were from much hotter climates; it's a genetic adaptation to really sunny weather. However, that's not to say we can't get sunburned or can't have melanoma. Black people need to use sunscreen just as much as everyone else.

Black people get hot in a warm room,I know you've probably heard black attracts heat. But its really irrelevant and ignorant so ignore that expression. They're are severals shades of "black",I never heard of a black person with sunburn personally but im sure individuals with lighter skin are more vulnerable of sunburn and at the same time a person is a person so if u really think about it no matter what skin complextion u have it doesnt protect a person from the damage the sun can cause their skin.

Well im black and i never heard of a black person getting sun burned because we dont spend that much time in the sun. We black what we need a tan for huh? unless ur from a really hot place and you black then ur probably used to it. This is a funny @ss question just so stupid but honsetly blacks and whites have the same skin mines just a darker color and i gaurentee that if it's hot enough your @ss will get burned no matter what color you are. Yes, black people do get hot in the summer too. We are all the same you know, black people aren't a totally different species. Sunburns however, tend to be worse on other colours since there's less melanin in the skin.

I guess we get just as hot as white people.
I personally do not sunburn but my aunt who is the same complexion does. I have another aunt who will purposely lay out to get a tan...She is light skinned but she doesn't burn. So some burn and some don't. We all get darker in the sun so we do tan. Heat...I don't know if we are hotter than you. Weird question.

We are not from another planet, just More pigmentation in our skin and we have the same skin problems and get the same diseases, like melanoma (skin cancer as you do). And BTW I know of some PEOPLE darker than I am that get sunburned and some lighter than I am who don't! It's a matter of getting to know PEOPLE period.

I am not black, but I do have many friends and family that are black and I do not believe they get any hotter that any other person.
They can get sunburned too, but you are not likely to spot a sunburn on them because of their dark pigmentation.
