Depends on the college that you are going to, but in most cases yes. The best advice I can give is just try to keep up the best you can, do all the assignments (even the ones that are not required), and talk to your professor if you do get behind.

That depends on which part of science. Most college level classes are specific. Examples: Biology, Chemistry, Physics

Also in college if you make an effort to go to your professor's office, you can get extra help on home work or study questions. Don't be afraid of your prof - they will respect you for your interest and then help you to ensure a decent grade. Good luck

any college class can be "hard" (everyone's definition of hard is different -- for one person a class can be easy but for another person it can be the hardest class ever)

however, with lots of hard work and never giving up, you will succeed

go to office hours and the tutoring center whenever you need help. all colleges should have a tutoring center where there are tutors that are usually grad students.

also, try not to get behind on the reading. college profs go really fast. if you're still on two week ago's chapters, you'll have difficulty understanding new material.

No, not at all. Of course it depends upon the branch or side in which you are taking admission but in my opinion always remember science at any level may help you for higher education in future and to reduce it's hardness make reactions on it like study it regularly and take proper guidelines. WISH YOU BEST OF LUCK.

yep. be prepared to study. Keep up with your assignments and if you don't understand a topic, go in for help. Prof is best, but larger universities usually make you go see a TA. Either way, it's best to get help early on if you need it. If you are constantly struggling, then you should talk to a career counselor to determine another field of study.

Yea it can be hard. My lesson learned is read the book, take notes, ask questions, go in for extra help, get a tutor if needed, do homework and reread your notes every night! Even go to the books website and do the activities they have.

i think that they make the non-major courses pretty easy.
but
the courses for science majors are definately not easy! :( i was a bio major in undergrad and now am getting my phd. i love science, but its no cakewalk! make sure you study your butt off! and get a study group or buddy. find a quiet spot to study and go there often. it was the library for me back in undergrad, now its starbucks. i need the extra jolt after all these years.
good luck!
