Small block, you could source and built decent a one with more power and for less money than sourcing parts and finding someone to tune some crappy Frankensteined 2.8l.

if someone already went through the trouble of putting twin turbos an a junk *** 2.8 camaro and it still isnt fast then maybe that should be telling you something like time to get a real car

I built Camaros and Firebirds from 1975 to 1987 and live in the town where they were both born and WE NEVER PUT A 2.8 TWIN TURBO IN ANYTHING,PERIOD. So what are you talking about?

first of all 2.8's would blow up with a twin turbo. second of all change the front springs and drop in a 350 cause wires are all your gonna do to a 2.8

It would be much more economical to drop in at supped up 350. Locating parts for your engine will be difficult and expensive. 350 parts at the cheapest on the market due to volume.
