No. Goldberg wants the same contract that they gave Sting. It was atleast 6 figures which TNA cant afford right now. Maybe if TNA could get a better time slot then they could afford a guy like Bill Goldberg

Due to past injuries and contract breaches, Goldberg can't Wrestle anymore, and even if he could. TNA is too physical for him, He'd rather sign with the WWE along with Hogan, Taker, Flair, St. Slaugher, Foley and the rest from the retirement home.
