I don't like when words are censored because we all know what the censored word is. However, I do think that using swear words should be saved for emphasis and not as part of every sentence. Seems to me that if you are an articulate person you can express yourself better without them.

Sorry to let u know that both versions are censored. I have heard that Lady Gaga didn't want the Parental Advisory ad on the cover so the album had to be censored. I heard that CherryTree is doing the best to bring those uncensored songs out. so we just have to be patient.

Censoring with alternative characters tends to draw more attention and causes more curiosity, leading one to dwell on what it could possibly mean.
But that doesn't make uncensored profanities any more acceptable in any given situation.
Check the context in which you mean to use the word and strive to be appropriate.
