i say i love you to him but i don't mean it. i say it not to hurt his feelings. and i want to break up. but i can't. because he really LOVES me. What should i do?

P.S. i'm 14 and so is he. i say he can't love me at 14. we're too young. (except in some really special cases of course) and we've only known eachother for like, a week. i think he only wants to get in my pants....

Tell him the truth.
Tthe words from a famous song go like ;"I d rather hurt you honestly than mislead you with a lie..
The truth will hurt but its better to tell the truth.Its more painful to be lied to.
Tell him your true feelings...but be gentle,, Who knows maybe that's what he wants to tell you and thinks it will devastate you.
