come on bunchik, alot of people get falsely accused of rape, and I don't think we should convict them because their families are republicans

I personally don't think Nifong's got anything is his case that he's been keeping. The accuser in this case - yes, is being dragged through the mud with respect to her reputation, but deservedly so, from what I've heard. On the othre hand, the accused in this case, are being draggen through the mud as well - when at least some of them have air tight alibi's! No DNA has been found from what we know either! Pardon my language - but the accuser here has simply gotten upset about something, and has won the approval of the prosecutions office for some reason, without reasonable proof that any crime has even been committed! Duke LaCross team is definitely getting the short end of the deal on this case! No questions asked... And if I lived in that area - Nifong would have a LOT of questions to answer!

Or for that matter...arn't ALL
rapes reported by women just
a farce...women love to be raped...

I don't know many facts about the case but it does sound really far-fetched and disgusting. I'd rather believe the girl made it up than that it really happened. And they do seem credible.

no the team had serious problems but i feel story has gotten to political shame is daddies mone wil fix it and no one will learn a damn thing
