possible kidney stones or gallstones. If you have pain when you urinate and the ache is right in the middle of the back it's probably a kidney stone. Very common..drink lots of water or lemon lime soda's. Citrus is really good for kidney stones. You may need a KUB (x-ray of your kidneys, ureter and bladder) to diagnose this. It's a simple non-invasive x-ray. Gallstones on the other hand may feel like gas or a heart attack and can be diagnosed after a CT scan or ultrasound. If you notice it after eating a certain type of food and have had a change in bathroom habits it's probably gallstones. This can be treated with medication if it's not too bad. If it's a real problem you may need to have a cholecystectomy (removal of the gallbladder). See a doctor as soon as you can...it may be nothing, but that's the only way to find out for sure. Good luck!

This really isn't the forum to diagnose but several things concern me..pain as you described could be gallbladder disease, heart problems, lung problems, esophagus problems...as you see an exam and testing will only give you the proper answer..the yellow green pee could be from what you ate, related to medication, or could be a kidney or bladder problem..again see a physician...

That sounds really nasty no offense. Not to be more gross but does it have an odor?? You could have a serious infection of some source in your body and could be traveling. My best thing to so is get off the puter and head to your local ER ASAP and be a B*(%$ until you get some sort of answer.

Serious pain and strange-colored urine are reasons to see the MD. Others include a cough that doesn't go away and change in skin and bowel patterns.

Might wanna tell a dr about your pain but your back might just be out and your urine is probably not related. Drink more water. When your urine is clear, you're drinking enough water.

Most likely caused by cholecystitis (gall bladder disease)

Yahoo is not the place to get help for a medical condition, you need to go to the ER or your DR asap.

Good luck.

Absolutely, see a doctor. It could be anything relating to your bladder, your kidneys...so one and so forth. From the symptoms you've described, it sounds like you have a serious infection.
