Cause and Effect - Based upon the principle that if you move your arm (for example), this effects the immediate atmosphere around you, which then effects the greater atmosphere, and then further and further away from you until ultimately the whole universe has adjusted to that one movement. Therefore all that takes place in the universe is eventually reflected energetically back to us. The principles of karma are based upon the idea that whatever we do, will return to us on that basis.

Essentially, if you do good things, good things will happen to you. If you do bad things, bad things will happen to you.

It comes from the concept of reincarnation, which is a fundamental belief in Hinduism and Buddhim.

In terms of reincarnation, if you live a good and virtuous life, then your next life will be better than this one that you're currently living. The goal is to eventually reach nirvana thru good karma and dharma.

Karma is referred to in the country of India. It means that which you sow , so shall you reap,
If you step on my toes someone will step on your toes, not necessarily me. And you will remember how you did it and therefore forgive. As I forgive you.
By being totaly aware of all things in your daily life is why you are here. Because this is the best way to learn and forgive. Now lets tell that to the mideast.

Karma is getting something in return of what you have done to others. It's the same as "You reap what you sow."

it's a bunch of crap.
It just means that you reap what you sow.
Whatever you do will come back to you. If you do good things then good things will happen to you...if you do bad things then bad things will happen to you.
