Could be hormonal changes due to menopause. I would see a doctor to make sure it is nothing serious.

Considering you have no period and hormonal changes are finished and done with (via surgery or nature)...consult your Dr for ANY changes in the appearance of your breasts. Often changes in the appearance can signify a pathological condition and should be evaluated in person by a gyn.

I am thinking menopause even though I am not old enough to experience it yet.
If so, it is ineveitable and you may want to see your doctor for hormone replacemnet therapy!
