I don't think people are born bad. I think everyone has tendencies toward bad traits and some people are better at keeping them under control.
I think the world would be a whole lot worse off if we were inherently bad and only possessed a few good traits.

I'll be an optimist and say mostly good with some bad traits. That's been my experience anyway, but I guess it's all about what your perspective of good/bad is.

Although there are absolutely some BAD BAD people in this world, ( Hussein, OBL, Hitler etc. ) I believe that over all, there are more good people with some bad traits.

I personally think there is some good in the worst of us. Even the smart alexes out there, the atheists, the gays and lezzies.
If you look hard enough you can find some good in almost everyone and everything.

Neither. I believe we have to have both so that makes us neither good nor bad. Our actions, however can be deemed good or bad depending on the motive they are done with.
