According to the forum on tv.com, no, it's not.

It's gone to that great tv graveyard in the sky - cancelled. However, there are rumours it might pop up on the Sci Fi Channel or USA Network since NBC owns both of those cable channels. But, those are just rumours.

with the way the first season ended.. I don't see how they could do a season 2... and it has popped up on SciFi channel... I have watched 2 episodes.
But sadly, no it isn't having a season 2
