for a circle with center (j, k) and radius (r):
(x-j) squared + (y-k) squared = r squared

Find the midpoint of your diameter. Find the length of your radius (half the length of the diameter -- use distance formula) then substitute your values into the above equation. Remember that the variables x and y will stay x and y but the variables j, k, and r will become numbers when you substitute.
