Seriously, though, I think you can stay at a hostel if you're under 18 and it's a great (and cheap!) experience. There is a hostel in San Diego that also happens to be right on the beach:

Some ideas for you. Juvenile Detention ! Run away to Mexico ! Find a fag to take care of you. There are many nice bridges to sleep under. You are limited only by your own sense of adventure and your own courage.
