Ludacris. Outkast is eh..... a little weird with their music videos. But, Ludacris is hotttttttttttttttt. You cant get ant better.

Thats hard because they both have different rap styles, and they are the best at the kind of rapping they do. But, I would have to say Ludacris, because I love his songs, but I love Outkast too. Its just I prefer Luda's rap style better.

Musically, I like Outkast better.
Aside from that, I could care less about them.

i like them both...OutKast is a great "twosome' while Ludacris is awesome by himself or with anyone else...Who cares whos best, they both represent ATL properly....
