I am deffinatly pro choice. Everyone should have the choice wether to have sex or not. Rape is totally wrong. You had your choice, you allready made it. Most of the time. If I jump off a bridge, I'm not going to be mad when I fall and hit the water. That's just part of life. If I am pushed off a bridge, then yah, I can understand being upset.

Phil S has a very good point I didn't think of before. I am not one of those anti sex people. I don't like religlion much. There are many ways to have sex without having the risk of getting pregnant. And I do support those. Pregnancy shouldn't be a form of punishment for premaritial sex. It just seems like you should be able to accept the logical consequences of your actions, especially if you don't use protection of any kind. As a man, I don't fully understand the whole situation. I'm not against all abortions being legall, But I do think people should think more about the possible consequences of their actions before they do them.

Of course everyone has the choice to have sex or not.
But, while doing that, you should also have the common sense to know that there is always a chance of pregnancy.
As far as I am concerned, one makes that choice by having unprotected sex. If a pregnancy occurs, that "choice " no longer exists.

Your relation to sex with jumping off a bridge is very irrational.
There is absolutely no comparison.

I always have to laugh at the line "You had your choice, you allready made it". It means "You chose to have sex, now suffer the consequences you sinner!!".

That line makes it so obvious that the "pro-life" movement isn't about life, but about sex. Specifically, pro-lifers have certain anti-sex beliefs that are part of their religion, and they think that a great way to force their religious beliefs onto others is to punish people who have sex by making them have a child they dont want.

If the "pro-life" movement was really about something other than their hangups about sex, the pro-lifers would be handing out contraception on every street corner. But they're not. In fact, when progressive-minded people try to get birth control and birth control education into the schools, into TV ads, etc, those same pro-lifers are the ones who fight it tooth and nail.

Sex is natural and healthy. Religion is man-made.

Ur not supposed to answer ur own questions, ya know.

I am not totally against abortion rights, but I am against some types of abortion. Late term abortion is infanticide. I think abortion on a whim is wrong. I think if a woman choses to have an abortion, she should do it right away. Any delay at all is murder, because at some point of time that fetus becomes a human. No, I dont know when that magical moment is, but it happens. So ladies, if ur gonna do it, dont wait.

I think I understand what you mean. If you get pregnant from having unprotected sex, pregnancy is your own fault and shouldn't get an abortion, but if you are raped and get pregnant, you should have that choice. I agree with you.

I totally agree with you, and that is a very good way to put it. Everyone is going to have their own opinions tho, and will always be people trying to change other peoples minds.

I agree, that this is between "a woman" not alot of women and God. No one but "that" woman who is pregnant should make this decision, and only her. She should not be preached at or forced. If Christians are so sure of a resurrection, then why not for babies too?

Pro-choice refers to the right to choose whether or not to have a child...not retaining your virginity.

Are you from some strange land where folks are unwillingly stripped of their virginity or something?

So I see you are pro-choice in your approach to spelling. You choose whichever letters you dig and go with them.

Totally agree!!!

I've had an abortion before and I have two children. It was my choice and it should stay that way.
