I have a 1995 750 Gixxxer that is running marvelously with one exception...it overheats while riding in the city (i.e. stop and go). While it get's to the "H", it always goes down once I start riding again. I brought it to my local cycle shop and they were puzzled. I found the radiator reserve(under the left rear fender), but how do I get to the radiator to check the fluids and maybe drain and flush?

Does the fan switch on? The thermal switch is on radiator (I think its lower right side?) you will have to remove all the plastics to check stuff. If you remove the wire from switch and ground it, it will check fan motor (either it spins fan or blows fuse) that tells you switch or fan is faulty.

your gonna have to remove the fiberglass body, and the exhaust system to get to it.Also buy a fresh set of crush washers for the exhaust, never reuse those.and steve liquid cooling means there is a radiator.u should stick to working on lawnmowers.
