How many years ago, was 4th grade? If you're both in high school or even are adults, try to flirt with him, try talk in ways taht might impress him. Don't give up on him, even other girls are attracted to him. You could read some novels for examples- especially (but not limited to) mystery novels- such as The Chocolate Bear Trap, The Peach Cobbler Murder. I could recommend a few Western novels.

Be ohnest and do not follow other girles way.If you be like them and try to do something that the guy just love you and he doesn't find out you are in love with him your games probably makes you lose him.
I am a guy 23 years old and even if I am in love with someone as soon as I find out she is gana play some games I stop talking to her and I dont care how much I love her.Be kind to him and show him you care about him.

don't b 2 clingy or needy. act like u don't need a man, but would like 1, as long as they don't get in the way. seem intrested in everything he does, but don't like stalk him and b every where he is, he probably won't date stalkers.
