Congrats on baby! Sorry you're having health problems!
What you're on will work for many infections. Here's a site I found. http://mayoclinic.com/health/drug-information/DR202119

Cephalexin or Keflex should help the abscess- it is a good antibiotic for dental infection- but this is a temporary fix. You have to check with your dentist/ OB/GYN to be sure that you are taking the appropriate doseage, you could be on a lower dose than recommended for a dental infection.
If you do not improve within 2-3 days, you will have to have it extracted. An oral surgeon would be best. Your OB/GYN should be kept in the loop and OK with any treatment your dentist plans to do. Do not put it off. Easy to not find time to take care of yourself with a new baby. Consider removing all of your wisdom teeth removed at once, if you can wait until you give birth. Remember to avoid anti-inflammatories such as Motrin and aspirin. Your doctor will probably allow Tylenol based pain medicine. Good luck and CONGRATULATIONS!
