bullet- belonged to roy rodgers . krypto belonged to superman. rin tin tin movie star. asta belonged to nick & nora charles . lad, a dog -well known book old yellow, movie dog. Toto, dog in wizzard of oz. I colud go on but i hope you get the idea that really most famous dogs names do not end in the E sound
