Independent news media provides information about today's issues and goes further into depth about issues and gets every side of the issues and it is not funded by the government or big corporations, so you get the whole story, something that is hard to find in the mainstream media. Why is this type of media not more popular or more accepted?

More than likely many people do not want to see both sides of the issue. The main stream press has gotten away with spoon feeding everyone for so long the lies and half truths that they do not want to lose that monopoly.

I can only speak for myself, not others. I personally trust the independent media more than the mainstream media. The mainstream media is to far left for me to trust. I dont know if the independents are biased or not yet.

i think that some people may think that one of the medias is more reliable or it may be that some of the people in America are bias about one or the other i really can not speak for the entire United states of America
