No, it isn't, and I would not do it. It's not possible to lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks!!! You need a realistic weight lose plan with healthy food and exercise. You do not lose weight by harming your body.

No. What you can do and you will lose around 20 pounds.
For breakfast have 1 piece of bread with a little peanut butter and banaa on the top. that is very filling so until supper just drik a lot of water then for supper have a salad and what you had for breakfast. also Exircise a lot. That is probably not healthy but you will lose a lot of weight. Dancing burns 500 calories either an hour or a half hours so you could burn 1500 calories a day which is what you would get by that diet.

Drink water and skip the exlax. No, it's not healthy.
The exlax will make you feel like crap. No pun intended. It gives you cramps and you will not be able to go anywhere that doesn't have a bathroom right there.
That's almost a pound a day, not sure it's physically possible. Not eating will actually drop your metabolism and your body will start to eat your muscle instead of burning fat.
Eat grilled chicken breast and a little salad twice a day and you will loose. Not 20 lbs but you will loose weight quickly. Also, you have to walk to burn calories.
Even that is not safe for any prolonged period of time but it will give you a jumpstart on your weight loss.

NO! That will do more harm than good. You won't lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks (plan ahead next time, hon'). Just cut back on your calorie in take (not too much!) and start working out. You'll begin to see results, but losing weight that fast isn't healthy.

Unless you want to ruin your metabolism for the rest of your life, and probably cause other long-term health problems, don't do it.

It's not healthy, nor is it possible. Most doctors recommend dropping no more than a1-2 pounds a week with a healthy diet and good exercise plan.

Snack: a pair grape tomatoes or yet another style of vegetable and/or an oz.. or 2 of cheese Lunch: 2-3 cups salad, shredded cheese on precise, a million/2 to a million cup met (poultry, floor beef, despite), low sugar dressing (ranch, blue cheese, etc) or bitter cream & taco sauce OR A %. of tuna, a million-2 tbs mayo, and a million-2 cups sald Snack: a million-2 oz..meat, or a million-2 oz..cheese Dinner: Can selection a great deal, yet you elect to throw in meat or some eggs (protein-wealthy), and probably some greater vegetables. now and back I certainly have un-breaded warm wings, now and back fried eggs, final evening I had greater salad with tuna & mayo and 2 eggs be beneficial to drink 2-3 liters of water an afternoon, get 30 minutes of any style of workout 4-6 days each week, and get a minimum of seven hours of sleep a evening the belief is to cut back out all the sugar and sophisticated carbs of your widely used weight-help plan (consume much less that 20 internet carbs an afternoon, AKA carbs minus fiber) so your physique burns fat for potential rather, and it relatively works wonders. I lost 7 lbs in my first 4 days. it is quite often water weight in the beginning up, yet you do lose progressively, and that i like it. playstation - yet another snack, in case you like some thing candy, is sugar-unfastened jello with a sprint whipped cream. additionally, attempt to no longer consume better than 4 oz..of cheese an afternoon.

And your funeral will be where? No, it's not healthy. For one thing, you'll screw up your electrolytes so bad you'll probably drop within days.

Eat sensibly, exercise and stay away from fats and carbs. You won't lose 20 lbs in three weeks, but you may lose 7 or 8. You'll notice a difference. Good luck.

That would be an extremely bad idea; however, those people who do things like that give me job security...As a medic I remember a 26 y/o guy who had dropped dead playing basketball. We come to find out he had a broken jaw and was only allowed to eat a liquid diet..which he perceived as water only. Yet according to his friends he had dropped 20 lbs in a 3 weeks and by not eating. We fortunately were able to revive him and come to find out he had a severe electrolyte imbalance causing him to go into cardiac arrest. So its probably not such a good idea to go along with you diet plan..
