I went driving in my car with the top down. So I figured, hey if the car is topless then I'm going to be topless too. So I took my shirt and bra off. To be safe, I asked my guy friend who was with me to take his shirt off too. That way if anyone complained I could point out that he has the right, so I should too.
We went driving around for over an hour. On the highway we got a couple honks here and there, but that's it. It was soooo awesome! I've never felt more liberated in my life! You ladies MUST try it!

oh all you hatters should just loosin up a bit. Its not classy, but you know you like it, at least guys like I do. So sue her, its not like she was completley naked running around and annoying people.

The boys had turned down the thermostat in the house, causing the a/c unit to come on, and the end effect- it was blowing my white skirt up and I couldn't do anything about it, because my hands wouldn't go below my waist and they were held out too far from my body to hold my skirt down- in fact, I couldn't even touch my skirt! Then the dreadful thought entered into my mind- the north-bound traffic on Barataria could all see me handcuffed, helpless, and my skirt was blowing up, so everybody got a free peek of my panties that day. And to make matters worse, there was a traffic jam, so everybody got a good look at my behind in my pink panties.

Move to Ontario (Canada). It's perfectly legal for a woman to go in public topless. (as long as it's not done for commercial purposes.)
And yes, I do see women walking down the street topless in summer. It's not an every day event, but it's not so rare that it causes traffic jams when it happens either.

And if you're looking for attention, there's plenty of appropriate sites that you can post this type of stuff on. Even pictures so everyone can enjoy your moment with you. But I don't really see how a site for questions is the right place for this...

Such a question must come from the United States.. in Europe. will be absolutely needless. What's new about going out topless? I remind you that in Europe you can go to the beach and sunbathing without anything on, if you want.

I believe it's perfectly legal in NYC but could be wrong about this. But it's nice of you to share your lovely attributes with us bored drivers. (They are lovely right?)
