What I mean is after making changes to systemconfig without restarting your computer just windows. BTW its win 98,, yuck!!

Im having way too many fatal exceptions on this p/o crap. I know 98 is this way but troubleshooting programs sucks. And Ive heard a way but its been so long ago, cant remember..

As the config file is only loaded during bootup, before Windows is loaded, no. You have to reboot for the change to effect.

If you post more information about what you are wanting to change and why, someone may have a way to do what you want.
